Indian Rocks

Indian Rocks is on Lake Wallenpaupack and has approximately 470 homes. They have access to Lake Wallenpaupack and the Wallenpaupack River. Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, fishing pond, tennis, playground, 24-hour security, and central water. It’s a great woodsy community located not too far from Highway 84 and is close to grocery stores and entertainment.

This community does have boat slips on the lake, and there is a waiting list. Additionally, Indian Rocks has restrictions on short-term rentals – only 5% of the homes can be rented, and there is currently a waiting list.
